 Syllabus for Written Examination.

Law-I

i) The Pakistan Penal Code,1860.
ii) The Code of Criminal Procedure,1898.
iii) The Qanun-e-Shahadat Order,1984 along with Precedent law.

Law-II

i) Control of Narcotic Substances Act,1997.
ii) Juvenile Justice System Ordinance,2000.
iii) Probation and Parole Laws.
iv) The Jail Manual.
v) Medical Jurisprudence and Application of Forensic Science to Criminal Cases.

Pass Marks in written examination

a. 33% marks in each individual paper.
b. 50% marks in the aggregate of the written portion of the examination (0.50 marks or more will be rounded to 1.0).

Only those candidates, who qualify for the written examination, will be called for a Psychological test and viva voce.
